Q.Where is your store?
A. We do not have a retail location. All of our orders ship from New Hope, PA and occasionally from one of our manufacturers. We do have some wonderful online and phone experts that are very knowledgeable and ready to assist you by calling 413-471-WIND
Q. How much is shipping?
A. If you place an order for $79 or more, the shipping is free in the United States. You will be given the option to select Free Shipping at checkout. If your order is less than $79, then you will be given the option to ship via Priority Mail (generally 2-3 days) via the United States Postal Service or Express Mail (1-2 days) via the United States Post Office. This option can be very expensive depending on the shipping dimensions of the kite(s). Generally speaking, we do not ship via UPS or FederalEx because their rates tend to be higher. If you have special requirements, please give us a call at 413-471-WIND and we will make arrangements to meet your needs.
Q. May I return my unused kite(s)?
A. As long as your kites remain unopened, you may return them at your expense. You must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number. Without a return authorization number written on the outside of the package, your package will be returned to you at your expense.
