It is hot and humid here in eastern Pennsylvania, and as the afternoon storms are beginning their approach, it is tempting to run outside to take advantage of the rising winds. As tempting as that is, I have to remind myself how dangerous that is and to remind our readers...please don't fly your kite(s) in approaching or for that matter, passing storm weather. There are numerous accounts on the web of bad accidents that occured when someone was flying their kite in bad weather. Please don't become another statistic and save yourself and your kite for a sunny breezy day (and don't forget sunglasses and sunscreen.)
